Sign in with Google: You can also sign up using your Google account. We receive your Google user ID, username, and email address. We do not receive your Google password and cannot access your Google account.

Sign in with Apple: Similarly, you can sign up using your Apple account. We receive your Apple user ID, username, and email address. We do not receive your Apple password and cannot access your Apple account.

You can update your personal information, such as your name, phone number, and delivery address, in the profile settings section of the App. This ensures your information is accurate and up-to-date for a better service experience.

4. Delete Your Account

You have the option to delete your account within the App. Please note that once your account is deleted, we will not be responsible for any data loss, including past orders or preferences stored in our system.

To ensure efficient delivery, we share necessary details like your name, phone number, and delivery address with our delivery riders. This information helps our riders contact you and deliver your order accurately. If a rider cannot reach you, Carroto Support may call you to confirm your order or assist with any issues.
